Hello! Looking for a new roomate since, sadly, I have to leave. The house is big, bright and warm. The tenant has lived here many years and he is happy to share the equipment it has collected along the time. You can feel free to use everything is already here, washing machine and dryer included! The room is furnished with bed and closets, as well as a spacious desk. The apartment is on one floor with a lot of space inside and, also, outside there is a garden and a nice terrace where you can sunbathe during the summer :)
The contract can be both short or long term.

The house is located in a residential and quite area, but you can reach the bus stop in less than a minute walk. You can then easily be in Sillenbuch in less than 10 minutes where there are a lot of supermarkets and there is also a nice cafeteria in the centre of Kemnat that can surely help you with last minute necessities.
A beautiful forest/park area starts at 3 minutes walking distance and, following the river, there is a nice walking area. You can also reach Hohenheim University on foot in 30 minutes.
The atmosphere in the house is relaxed and quite, everyone has its own private space but there is the possibility to use common areas freely. A lady comes every week to clean the house.
