We have a nice large room available in our shared house. It's fully furnished (double bed, shelves, cupboards, shelves etc.) and rent is 500 a month. The other three housemates are all postgraduate students and they are respectful and friendly.
The house has two nice bathrooms, a kitchen, living room, and small garden.

The house is very centrally located, in lively and trendy Jericho. Several supermarkets are in walking distance. There are also lots of cool bars and restaurants in the area. Walking distance to the Bodleian Library is 15 minutes, and you can reach the train station in 10 minutes.
Lots of colleges are nearby: Somerville, Green Templeton, St Cross, St Anne's and St Antony's.
The other three guys are friendly, respectful, and clean. They are all postgraduate students and are very focused on their work, but they also love cooking together and just hang out in the evenings.
They value a housemate who is tidy and willing to participate in doing the daily chores, but also somebody who is open, friendly, and sociable.
Please e-mail us so we can arrange a viewing soon. The room is available from 12 November onwards - it would be great if you could move in right after that date, but we're flexible if you are only able to move in a couple of days after that. The contract lasts until the end of July 2014. There is, however, an option to extend the contract.
