The room is equipped with furnitures like a single bed with a drawer storage, a wardrobe, a study table and a chair. The shared space includes a fully equipped kitchen and two washrooms.
There are also wasching machines and dryers in the cellar for doing laundry. In the cellar there is also space to keep bicycles.
The apartment is located in a quiet neigbourhood with just 5 minutes walk to the nearest bus stop named Hochstiftstaße and 8-10 minutes walk to the University. There is a lidl just opposite to the Apartment and could be reached within 5 minutes of walking.
Currently there are 3 students (apart from me) living in the apartment. Cleanliness and hygiene is very important for us. We always respect eachother privacy but also enjoy talking to eachother’s while cooking in the kitchen.
Since I will be moving out of Paderborn, my room is available for a long term contract. My room is a perfect place to live in, if you want to live near the Uni and also want to save some money.
