The apartment is located on the 14th floor of a 90's looking building renovated, facing "Las Heras" Park with stunning views of the city, making it the perfect place to relax in the balcony and enjoy the outdoors near by.
The apartment is fully furnished and includes all the amenities you need to live comfortably, including:
