ich bin auf der Suche nach einer Nachmieterin bzw Nachmieter für mein wunderschönes WG-Zimmer.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Munkácsy Mihály utca 14.
Sie ist nicht weit vom Zentrum entfernt und man brauch zur Uni ca 10 min mit dem Fahrrad. Es ist eine renovierte Altbauwohnung mit super Ausstattung und großem Balkon. Alles nötige so wie Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine und Heizung ist vorhanden.
Mein Mitbewohner Julen studiert Humanmedizin im 5 Semester, ist total freundlich, unkompliziert und hilft auch gerne, wenn man mal fragen zu inhaltlichen Themen der Uni hat. :)
Die Miete beträgt 340€ kalt.
