Ein gemütliches 14qm Zimmer im 2OG eines Altbaus mit Dachschrägen (Siehe Fotos).
Ausstattung des Zimmers:
- Bett (90cm Matratze) mit Verstaumöglichkeiten unter dem Bett
- großer Schreibtisch mit Schreibtischstuhl

- Kleiderschrank

- Mehrfachsteckdosen
Alle Möbel sind in gutem Zustand, können aber auch gerne nach Bedarf einzeln gegen eigene Möbel getauscht werden (Vorher bitte mit mir Absprechen).
Küche: Die Wohnung verfügt über eine vollausgestattete Küche mit Ofen, Geschirrspüler und Mikrowelle. Alle Geräte in der Küche können uneingeschränkt mitbenutzt werden.
Wohnzimmer: Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein Esstisch mit vier Stühlen sowie eine Couch und Fernseher mit PS4 und Nintendo Switch. Alle Geräte und Möbel des Wohnzimmers können selbstverständlich ebenfalls uneingeschränkt genutzt werden. :)
Bäder: Die Wohnung hat zwei Tageslichtbäder mit jeweils Toilette und Bade-/ Duschmöglichkeit. Im großen Bad (Siehe Bilder) befinden sich außerdem eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner die ebenfalls mitbenutzt werden können.

A cozy 14sqm room in the 2nd story of an old building with roof slopes (See photos).
Furniture and commodities in the room:

All furniture is in good condition, but can also be exchanged individually for your own furniture as needed (Please contact me beforehand though).
Kitchen: The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and microwave. All appliances in the kitchen can be used without restrictions.
Living room: the living room consists of a dining table with four chairs and a couch as well as TV with PS4 and Nintendo Switch. All appliances and furniture in the living room can of course also be used without restriction. :)
Bathrooms: The apartment has two daylight bathrooms, each with a toilet and bath / shower possibilities. There is also a washing machine and a dryer in the larger bahtroom which, of course, can also be used.

Das Haus hat eine super Lage. Es liegt 3 Minuten von der S-Bahn Haltestellte Berghausen Pfinzbrücke entfernt. Von hier aus fährt alle 10 Minuten die S5 in die Stadt. Zur Uni braucht man ca. 17 Minuten, bis zum Europaplatz sind es ca. 22 Minuten.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Aldi, Lidl, Edeka, Rossmann) befinden sich in 10-15 Minuten lauf-nähe oder eine Haltestellte mit der Bahn entfernt.
Zwei Fitnessstudios, einmal das FITplus (ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß) und einmal der Fitnesstreff Hüttisch (ca. 9 Minuten zu Fuß) befinden sich ebenfalls in lauf-nähe.

The house has a great location. It is 3 minutes on foot from the S-Bahn station "Berghausen Pfinzbrücke". From here the S5 leaves every 10 minutes into the city. It takes about 17 minutes to get to the university and about 22 minutes to Europaplatz.
Shopping facilities (Aldi, Lidl, Edeka, Rossmann) are within 10-15 minutes walking distance or one stop by train.
Two fitness studios, one FITplus (approx. 5 minutes walk) and one other Fitnesstreff Hüttisch (approx. 9 minutes walk) are also within walking distance.

In der WG Wohnen neben mir (Jonas) und meiner Partnerin (Jessica) und unserem Mitbewohner (Naren) auch noch unsere zwei Katzen Daisy und Finn (Siehe Bilder). Die beiden sind sehr verschmust und zutraulich, du musst aber kein Katzenliebhaber sein, wenn du bei uns Wohnen möchtest.
In der WG verfügen wir über zwei Autos und können daher gemeinsam Einkaufen fahren (Gerade für größere und schwerere Einkäufe).
Wir gehen jeden Sonntag im Grötzinger Hallenbad gemeinsam Schwimmen, der Eintritt ist hier nämlich von 9:00-12:00 Uhr kostenlos ;). Außerdem gehen wir gerne hin und wieder gemeinsam ins Kino.
Wir freuen uns natürlich immer, wenn wir etwas gemeinsam Unternehmen können, zwingen aber niemanden bei Gemeinschaftsaktionen mit zu machen. :)
Ich gehe sehr regelmäßig in meinem eigenen Gym im Keller trainieren (Siehe Bilder). Das Gym kann natürlich auch uneingeschränkt mitbenutzt werden!
ENGLISH:
I (Jonas) live with my partner (Jessica) and our roommate (Naren) and our two cats Daisy and Finn (See pictures). Both kitties are very cuddly and trusting, but we dont expect you to be a cat person if you want to live with us.
We also have two cars and can therefore go shopping together (Especially for larger and heavier purchases).
We go swimming together every Sunday in the indoor swimming pool in Grötzingen, the entrance is free from 9:00-12:00 ;). We also like to go to the cinema together from time to time.
Of course we are always happy when we can do something together, but we don't force anyone to join us. :)
I very regularly workout in my home gym in the basement (see pictures). The gym can of course also be used by you without restriction!
Die Wohnung verfügt über einen 1000 Mbit/s Internet-Kabelanschluss. Außerdem hängt ein W-Lan Repeater im Flur, der das Signal verstärkt. W-Lan empfängt man im Zimmer sehr gut.
The apartment has a 1000 Mbit/s Internet cable connection. There is a Wifi-repeater in the hallway next to the room. Wifi reception works well in every room.
