I am subletting my room for 3 months from 1st August 2024 at Weiherstraße 27,76327 Pfinztal.
The room contains a bed , 3 Regals and a small desk. The kitchen has fridge, storage spaces, microwave and a installed oven.
The place is shared with other 2 roommates, who are currently Students.
After every 10 mins there is connection of S4, S51& S5 and with a 5 mins walking to the tramp station.
Also Aldi and Rewe are near the tram station, as well as Lidl can be reached in 5 mins with S4.
KIT is reachable in 20 mins.
The area is really peaceful and lovable with good and helpfull people.Also its a Building, where students are leaving and enjoying their spaces.
Top-Lage: Die Weiherstraße 27 befindet sich im Herzen von Berghausen und bietet einfachen Zugang zu lokalen Annehmlichkeiten, öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und nahegelegenen Attraktionen. Die S4 und S5 sind fußläufig in 4 Minuten erreichbar und so erreicht man sowohl KIT als auch Marktplatz oder Hauptbahnhof in weniger als 20 Minuten
Die WG-Mitglieder bekommen einen gemeinsamen Kellerraum, so dass man auch sicher sein Fahrrad verstauen .
