Wer hat Interesse an einer Multi-Kulti Haus-WG mit schönem Garten? :)
Das Haus hat drei Geschoße inkl. Keller, der ebenerdig in den großzügigen Garten übergeht. Dadurch kann der Keller auch gut als Wohnfläche genutzt werden. Es gibt mehrere verfügbare Zimmer von 12 - 30 m2, die eine Basiseinrichtung aufweisen und auf kreative Einfälle ihrer zukünftigen Nutzer:innen warten. Nur 1 oder 2 davon stehen zur Vermietung, der Rest kann gemeinschaftlich genutzt werden (Büro, Trainingsraum...). Außerdem gibt es eine sehr große sonnendurchflutete Wohnküche inkl. Balkon, wo sich der Großteil des sozialen Miteinanders abspielt.

Who's interested in a multi-cultural shared house with a beautiful garden? :)
The house has three floors including a cellar, which leads into the spacious garden. Therefore the cellar can be used as living space. There are several rooms with 12 - 30 m2, that have basic furniture and wait for creative ideas from their future occupants. Only 1 or 2 of them are available for rent, the rest is shared space (office, training room...). There is also a very large, sun-flooded kitchen/living room with a balcony, where most of the social interaction takes place.
Das Haus befindet sich in der Oststeiermark in 8212 Pischelsdorf am Ortsrand. Von Graz per Auto in 0:35h, per Bus in 1:00h unkompliziert zu erreichen. Ideal für alle mit Klimaticket! Die Bushaltestelle in Pischelsdorf ist 10 Min. zu Fuß vom Haus entfernt.

Ich bin 30 Jahre alt, hab in Wien an der BOKU und der WU studiert, und arbeite größtenteils remote für ein Software-Unternehmen im Mobilitätssektor. Mein Hauptwohnsitz ist in Wien und ich komme derzeit nur einmal alle zwei Monate in etwa ins Haus. Ich bin ein aktiver, naturverbundener Mensch, gehe gerne klettern und laufen, und ernähre mich hauptsächlich pflanzlich. Meine Hobbies sind Laufen, Klettern, Musik und Reisen.
Seit März 2022 lebt eine ukrainische Familie hier, die hier im Ort bereits sehr gut integriert ist und einem geregelten Tagesablauf nachgeht (Schule, Kindergarten, Arbeit, Sprachkurs, etc.). Der Alltag mit der Familie ist angenehm und im Haus ist mehr als genügend Platz für weitere Mitbewohner:innen. Küche und Wohnzimmer werden gemeinschaftlich genutzt. Für die zukünftigen Mitbewohner:innen steht ein eigenes Stockwerk mit Bad, mehreren Schlafzimmern und Balkon zur Verfügung.

I am 30 years old, studied at BOKU and WU in Vienna, and work mostly remotely for a software company in the mobility sector. My main residence is in Vienna and currrently I'm only once every two months in the house. I am an active, nature-loving person, like to go climbing and running, and follow a mainly plant-based diet. My hobbies are running, climbing, music and travelling.
Since March 2022 an Ukrainian family has been living here. They are already integrated in the local community and follow a regular daily schedule (school, kindergarden, work, German course...). Living with the familiy is pleasant and the house provides more than enough space. Kitchen and living room are shared. A separate floor with bathroom, private rooms and balcony is available exclusively for the prospective house mates.
