Spacious room available to rent in Martinsried near Klinikum Großharden from the 1st March 2024 (can move in 1st February if need be). Additional costs include water, electricity, Wifi, GEZ,and gas, and household cleaning and toiletry. You only have to move in and not worry about anything else.You will be registered here with Rathaus. This is an entire house made into a huge shared flat. We have a total of 6 rooms, 3 toilets, 2 bathrooms, a huge modern kitchen with a large garden and terrace for all in the house to use.Everything is modern and was renovated few years ago. The buses 259 Pasing, 267 Fürsteried West, and 266 Klinikum großharden take about 1-minute walking distance from the house and U6 is about 7 min away by bus.It takes about 17 min to the city center of Munich. Parking is not a problem here. We have Rewe, Edeka, a bakery, Sparkasse, and a doctor's office nearby. Looking for a long-term tenant
