You only have to move in and not worry about anything else.You will be registered here with Rathaus. This is an entire house made into a huge shared flat. We have a total of 6 rooms, 3 toilets, 2 bathrooms, a huge modern kitchen with a large garden and terrace for all in the house to use.Everything is modern and was renovated a year ago. The buses 259 Pasing, 267 Fürsteried West, and 266 Klinikum großharden take about 1-minute walking distance from the house and U6 is about 7 min away by bus.It takes about 17 min to the city center of Munich. Parking is not a problem here. We have Rewe, Edeka, a bakery, Sparkasse, and a doctor's office nearby. Looking for a long-term tenant
