I am looking to rent a private room for myself starting April 22, 2025. I am hoping the room is already furnished with a bed, mattress, closet, a table and a chair and has heating installed (AC a plus!). A window is also a must.
I am in my late 30s, single and childfree. I will be coming in Germany as an international student so rest assured I have a blocked account that was required by the government to ensure i can pay for living costs. I also have a good amount of personal savings. I am fit, healthy and have a friendly personality. I am very open and communicative.
