Hi everyone, I am subletting my room in a shared flat in a nice area in Prag 3 Žižkov. I will be on exchange for a few month and come back to live in the flat. The room is approximately 20m2 big and facing an inner courtyard so it’s very quiet at night. The tram station, supermarkets or mini shops are just 3 minutes away walking. To the old town it’s just 25 minutes by tram and to Prague Business School (VSE) it’s only 15 min by tram. You will live will Rafa and Gerardo, both full time workers and very talkative and outgoing but at the same time very respectful so you will always have your privacy.
The room will completely be equipped with all furniture that you can see on the pictures (bed, shelve, desk etc.). Also the apartment is very well equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen utensils etc. You will need to bring nothing yourself. Highlight of the flat is the balcony where you could probably have some good talks and drinks. If you have any questions don’t hesitate to write me a pm.
