I’m offering own, spacios and furnished room in a big apartment in Brevnov (Prague 6).
-There are 5 rooms and 5 roomates in total. All roomates are nice and friendly. You can speak and practice English, Spanish, German, French or Russian in the flat.
-Kitchen is fully equiped with 2 fridges, microwave, dish washer, dishes, ...everything what you need...
-Washing machine, 2 bathrooms (shower and bathtub), 2 toilets, balcony, internet, etc.
-There’s also nice garden with barbecue grill for summer time.
-The flat is situated in Prag 6, Belohorska street. Pretty nice area. 10 minutes to the nearest metro station, 15 minutes to the Old town square, 25 minutes to the airport. A 5 minute walk to the park Ladronka (one of the nicest park in Prague...great place for sports, gym, tenis, hanging out, barbecue, chilling, etc.) and Obora Hvezda park.
There’s everything you need on our street in walking distance. Big store (Albert) is just next door, many pubs, restaurants (Indian, Chinese, Czech, Italian, Gyros, etc...). The biggest Kaufland in Prague is just 3 tram stations away.
Very good public transportation (tram 22 goes directly to downtown every 3-5mins, then tram 25 and many buses to more areas). Good night public transportation as well.
The rent is 11000,- including all.
The room will be free March 15th, it will be newly painted and equipped with new furniture.
I prefer someone for a long term and someone who has already some experinece with house sharing. If you are interested, please describe yourself a little bit.
