If you search for a bright room in a traditional house from 1930s, a room with you own sink, 5 min from tram "Pristaviste" = you are right (:

16 000 CZK for a shorter period (at least 6 months= one term)

I am not an agency = no commission fee
The rent is paid latest one month in advance- in CZK
The contact is for fix/agreed period = for 12 months
The room is only for 1 person (in total 2 people in the flat)
No smoking, no big parties, no animals allowed
Furnished: 120cm bed, wardrobe, table, 2 chairs, own sink …
