If you search for a bright room in a traditional house from 1930s, a room with you own sink, 5 min from tram "Pristaviste" = you are right (:
Rent:
14 000 CZK annual contract
16 000 CZK for a shorter period (at least 6 months= one term)
+ One month deposit
+ liability insurance
Elektricity, watter, internet included in the price
I am not an agency = no commission fee
The rent is paid latest by 10. for the following month- in CZK (annual contract), shorter period induvidual installments
The contact is for fix period = for 12 months/ after the agreement
The room is only for 1 person (in total 2 people in the flat), the other tenant is a Czech working lady
No smoking, no big parties, no animals allowed
Furnished: 140cm bed, wardrobe, table, 2 chairs, own sink …
Washmaschine, fridge, dish and cuttery in the flat
Connection:
5 min walking to the tram stop "Pristaviste"= you are very quickly in Budejovicka, Andel, centre, Karlovo namesti etc…
