The room is 17 m² and has two big windows. The room will be partially furnished: The bed stays in the room, everything else will be removed.
We share a kitchen, a bathroom and we also have a living room. The bathroom has a bathtub. We have a basement compartment and a washing machine that we share. In the basement there is also room to put a bike or hang up laundry.
A supermarket is across the road, with opening hours from 8am to 8pm. A post office is near the house, 6 walking minutes. It takes 10 min to walk to the lake and the city centre. It takes 15 min to walk to the central station, 5 min by bike. The train station "Radolfzell-Haselbrunn" can be reached even faster: Within 5 walking minutes. The closest bus stop can be reached within 2 walking minutes.
