Du suchst ein Zimmer in Saint-Nazaire (Pays-de-la-Loire)?
Mme Batlle vermietet ein möbliertes Zimmer in ihrem Haus, vorzugsweise für die Schulperiode (September bis Juni).
Das Haus liegt direkt am Meer, hat einen Garten (inkl. Gartenmöbel) und eine gute Anbindung an den ÖPNV (Buslinie 20 und 40 der Verkehrsgesellschaft STRAN).
Küche, Veranda und Bad werden gemeinschaftlich genutzt. Ebenso ist das Haus mit den gängigen elektrischen Geräten ausgestattet (Waschmaschine, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Staubsauger). Außerdem ist die Nutzung der Internet- und Telefonflatrate (auch ins europ. Festnetz) inklusive. Mme Batlle spricht leider kein deutsch, ist aber sehr an der deutschen Kultur interessiert und vermietet ihr Haus jedes Jahr an junge Schüler, Studenten und junge Erwachsene.
Das Zimmer kostet zw. 300 und 330 Euro.
Bei Interesse kannst du dich bei mir melden und ich gebe dann die Kontaktdaten an Mme Batlle weiter. Emails oder Telefonate an sie müssen dann in französischer Sprache erfolgen.
