Das Zimmer hat ca. 20qm und ist dank 3 großer Fenster sehr hell.
Es ist möbliert mit einem großen Bett, einen Kleiderschrank mit Regal, einen Sessel und einen Schreibtisch mit Stuhl. In der Wohnung ist außerdem eine sehr helle Gemeinschaftsküche und ein Bad mit Regendusche.
Es gibt bereits W-lan in der Wohnung, dieses kann mitbenutzt werden.
Im Keller steht eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner kostenlos zur verfügung.
Außerdem steht im Hof ein Grill der allen zur verfügung steht.
Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist in ca. 3min zu Fuß erreichbar, von dort ist der ZOB (Stadtmitte) in 5min und der HBF in 10min zu erreichen. In 5min ist ein Rewe (bis 24Uhr geöffnet) zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Der Mietvertrag ist befristet bis zum 30.09.2018, kann aber immer wieder um 6 Monate verlängert werden.
