Zimmer zur Vertragsübergabe ab 1. Februar verfügbar. Dies ist eine Vertragsübertragung, so dass eine Stadtregistrierung möglich ist.
Der Ort ist 5 Gehminuten von der Bushaltestelle entfernt. Die Universität erreichen Sie in 12 Minuten mit dem Bus und das Stadtzentrum in 25 Minuten mit dem Bus.
Die anderen Mitglieder der Wohnung sind generell freundlich, aber jeder bleibt lieber für sich. Davon abgesehen können Sie in der Küche oder in einem Zimmer für eine Tasse Tee rumhängen. Wir versuchen unser Bestes, um die Gemeinschaftsküche nach dem Kochen für die nächste Person sauber zu halten, und wir haben einen Reinigungsplan, dem Sie folgen sollten.
Ich lasse meinen Mini-Kühlschrank zurück, damit Sie ihn verwenden können.
Bei Fragen oder Besichtigungsterminen wenden Sie sich gerne an. Wenn Sie das Zimmer nur 1 Monat nehmen möchten, ist das auch möglich. Die Untervermietung des Zimmers für einen Monat kostet 300 Euro. Ich bin auch offen für Online-Besichtigungstermine.

Room available for contract transfer from 1st of February. This is a contract transfer so city registration is possible.
The place is a 5 minute walk away from the closet bus stop. University can be reached in 12 minutes by bus and city center can be reached in 25 minutes by bus.
The other members of the flat are generally friendly, but everyone prefers to keep to themselves. That being said, you can hang out in the kitchen or in someone's room for a cup of tea. We try our best to keep the shared kitchen clean for the next person after cooking, and we have a cleaning schedule that you'd be expected to follow.
I'll leave my mini fridge behind for you to use.
Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or would like to get a viewing appointment. If you'd like to take the room for only 1 month, that's possible too. Subletting the room for a month will cost 300 euros. I'm open to online viewing appointments too.
