I am subletting my beautiful and spacious room, the largest of the three in our shared apartment, for one month as I’ll be traveling back home. The room has two huge windows that provide excellent natural light and a refreshing view—perfect for working, relaxing, or enjoying the calm atmosphere.
The apartment is newly renovated and fully furnished, with all the furniture brand new. It is equipped with modern amenities, including a dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, and oven, making it super convenient for your stay.
You’ll be sharing the apartment with two other friendly housemates who are respectful and easygoing.
Since everything in the apartment is new, I kindly request a €150 deposit, which will be fully returned when you leave, provided no damages are caused during your stay.
The apartment is in a prime central location, making it super convenient:
Netto supermarket and Ludwigstr. tram station are just a 1-minute walk away.
Auf der Werth bus stop is reachable by walk in a minute as well.
Saarbrücken Hbf is only 4 minutes away.
The city center is a quick 6-minute trip.
It takes approximately 17 minutes to reach the university.
CineStar cinema is also just a 1-minute walk.
You’ll also find an Asia store and plenty of markets nearby, perfect for shopping and exploring.
The apartment is shared by three males, including me. My roommates are really friendly and both are pursuing their Bachelor's degrees at UdS, while I’m working on my Master's. We value a clean living environment, so the only request is to keep the room and the apartment tidy during your stay to avoid extra cleaning work for us afterward. Please treat the apartment like your own home for the month!
