This is the largest room in the apartment, offering ample space and comfort. With large windows that let in plenty of natural light, it is perfect for relaxation or as a spacious bedroom. The apartment features two more rooms, a fully-equipped kitchen with access to a balcony, a washroom, and a living room. This room's generous size and brightness make it a standout feature of the apartment.The room does have a sofa, which can also be made as a bed and a medium sized study table at the moment.

Dies ist das größte Zimmer in der Wohnung und bietet viel Platz und Komfort. Mit großen Fenstern, die viel natürliches Licht hereinlassen, eignet es sich perfekt zum Entspannen oder als geräumiges Schlafzimmer. Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei weitere Zimmer, eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Zugang zu einem Balkon, ein Badezimmer und ein Wohnzimmer. Die großzügige Größe und Helligkeit dieses Zimmers machen es zu einem herausragenden Merkmal der Wohnung.Das Zimmer verfügt über ein Sofa, das auch als Bett genutzt werden kann, und einen mittelgroßen Schreibtisch.
The location is great. The building has a parking place at the back and offers a nice view from the balcony. The bus stop "Deutsche Rentenversicherung" is just a 2-minute walk away, and the tram station "Landwehrplatz" is about a 5-minute walk. Echelmeyer Park is also only 2 minutes from the apartment. Both Lidl and Aldi supermarkets are around a 5-minute walk away. The Neuwieser Viertel is also just a 3-minute walk, offering a pleasant place to enjoy your evenings.

Die Lage ist großartig. Das Gebäude verfügt über einen Parkplatz auf der Rückseite und bietet eine schöne Aussicht vom Balkon. Die Bushaltestelle "Deutsche Rentenversicherung" ist nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und die Straßenbahnhaltestelle "Landwehrplatz" ist etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Echelmeyer Park ist ebenfalls nur 2 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Sowohl Lidl als auch Aldi Supermärkte sind in etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Neuwieser Viertel ist ebenfalls nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und bietet einen angenehmen Ort, um die Abende zu genießen.
Currently, it’s me, Shagun (both from India) and George (from Macedonia) living in the apartment. Since we all are studying and working, we are usually out and busy during the daytime. In the evenings, we enjoy chatting and often cook together in the kitchen, but we always ensure the apartment remains peaceful and quiet. We have a weekend cleaning schedule that we strictly follow, and we expect our future flatmate to do the same. We value a harmonious and respectful living environment and are looking for someone who shares these values. If you enjoy a friendly, respectful, and clean living space, you’ll fit right in with us.
Shagun is going for a semester exchange for 4 months, so the room is available for sublet from 1st February to 31st May.

Derzeit wohnen ich, Shagun (beide aus Indien), und George (aus Mazedonien) in der Wohnung. Da wir alle studieren und arbeiten, sind wir tagsüber meistens unterwegs und beschäftigt. Abends genießen wir es, uns zu unterhalten und oft zusammen in der Küche zu kochen, achten jedoch immer darauf, dass die Wohnung ruhig und friedlich bleibt.
Wir haben einen wöchentlichen Reinigungsplan fürs Wochenende, den wir strikt einhalten, und erwarten dies auch von unserem zukünftigen Mitbewohner. Wir legen großen Wert auf ein harmonisches und respektvolles Zusammenleben und suchen jemanden, der diese Werte teilt. Wenn du eine freundliche, respektvolle und saubere Wohngemeinschaft suchst, wirst du dich bei uns wohlfühlen!
Da Shagun für ein Austauschsemester 4 Monate verreist, ist das Zimmer vom 1. Februar bis 31. Mai 2025 zur Zwischenmiete verfügbar.
