DE: Dein WG-Zimmer ist aufgeteilt in 2 Räume, die durch eine Tür und ein kleines Fenster direkt miteinander verbunden sind. Mit 30qm² ist das Zimmer das größte und auch lichtdurchflutetste Zimmer der gesamten Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist mit 180m² wirklich sehr geräumig, inklusive großer Küche und einem großen und hellen Wohnzimmer mit Erker, in dem man einen tollen Blick über die Stadt hat. Den Erker haben wir selbst ausgebaut und eine große Liegefläche integriert. Wohnzimmer und Küche sind Gemeinschaftsräume für tolle WG-Erlebnisse wie Spiele- und Filmabende. Wir haben die meiste Einrichtung vor etwa drei Jahren beim Einzug gekauft oder selbst zusammen gebaut. Deshalb auch die Abschlagszahlung, die Sofa, Schränke, Küche (inkl Spülmaschine), Waschmaschine, Tisch und vieles weitere beinhaltet und die du, sobald du ausziehst, auch an Nachmieter:innen weitergeben kannst.

In total the room is 30qm² big and the brightest of the flat The apartment is very spacious with 180m², including a large kitchen and a large and bright living room with a bay window in which you have a great view over the city. We bought most of the furniture about three years ago when we moved in or built it ourselves. Therefore the down payment, which includes sofa, cupboards, kitchen (incl dishwasher), washing machine, table and much more you can pass on to your next tenant as soon as you move out.
DE: Die Wohnung liegt in der beliebten und zentralen Mainzerstraße. Das Haus mit Jugendstil-Altbaucharme besteht aus weiteren WGs und einer Familie. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein schönes Café. Direkt gegenüber gibt es zwei Lebensmittelläden, ein Fitnessstudio sowie gleich vor der Türe eine Tramhaltestelle. Die Straße runter Richtung Fluss führt dich innerhalb von 3 Minuten an den Stadtpark, den Staden.
Zur Uni braucht man mit Bahn und Bus zwischen 20-30 Minuten, mit dem Fahrrad ungefähr genauso lange.
EN: The flat is located in the popular and central Mainzerstraße. The house with its art nouveau and old building charm consists of other shared flats, a amily, and a nice café on the ground floor. In the opposite side of the buidling there are two grocery shops, a gym and a tram stop. Down the street towards the river, you can reach the city park within 3 minutes. So we are very well connected to create a comfortable stay in Saarbrücken in everyday life.

Wir sind Luca (24, allzeit für Politiktalks oder Tierfakten bereit), Brianna (24, für jede Unternehmung zu haben) und Emily (23, kocht und backt sehr gerne vegan für andere Menschen). Unser Mitbewohner Baptiste (25) zieht leider im März aus beruflichen Gründen um.
Uns ist ein harmonisches WG-Leben wichtig und wir unterstreichen das gerne mit guten Gesprächen, Unternehmungen oder gemütlichem Beisammensein. Unsere Zimmertüren stehen also oft offen; sie können aber natürlich genauso gut geschlossen bleiben, wenn du Ruhe und Entspannung brauchst. Wir alle sprechen sowohl deutsch als auch englisch. Wir sind eine weltoffene und tolerante Wohngemeinschaft und uns ist wichtig, dass du das teilst. Lass uns wissen, was dich nach Saarbrücken bringt (oder dort hält) und wie du dir ein gelungenes Miteinander in der WG vorstellst :)

We are Emily (23, loves to cook and bake vor everyone), Luca (24, always ready for a talk about politics or animals) and Brianna (24, down for all kinds of events). Our flatmate Baptiste (25) will move out in March for new job opportunities.
It is important for us to live in harmony and we like to underline this with good conversations or events. Our doors are often open, however if you need time for yourself just close your door. We all speak German as well as English. We are an open and tolerant community and it is important to us that you share those values have. Let us know what brings you to Saarbrücken (or what keeps you there) and how you imagine living in the shared flat with us :)

Das Bett und der Schrank können bei Interesse übernommen werden. Diese sind aber nicht auf den Bildern, da die Bilder nicht ganz aktuell sind.
Ich bin bereits in den Weihnachtsferien ausgezogen. Da die Mitbewohner*innensuche im Dezember jedoch leider zeitlich für alle ziemlich schwierig war, suchen wir nur die passende Person für die WG. Ich wäre sehr froh, wenn es zum 15.01.25 schon passen würde. 01.02.25 ist aber auch noch in Ordnung.

The bed and cabinet might stay in the room if you want. But it’s not the one in the pictures because I changed it.
