The room is bright with two windows and furnished with a bed & mattress, wardrobes, a study table & chair, mirror and one bedside table.
You can check the uploaded pictures for get a glimpse of the apartment.

Die Lage der Wohnung kann nicht besser sein als diese. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen: Der St. Johann Markt ist nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, die nächsten Bushaltestellen St. Johann Markt (2 Minuten zu Fuß) & Rathaus (5 Minuten zu Fuß), die nächste Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist der Landwehrplatz (man braucht 5 Minuten bis zum Hauptbahnhof). Die Universität ist sehr gut mit dem Bus zu erreichen.
Supermärkte wie Aldi, Edeka, Lidl, Asia Store, DM und Netto sind ebenfalls nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt! Auch die Saar ! (nur 5 Minuten Fußweg). Im Grunde kann man sich in ganz Saarbrücken problemlos bewegen!

The location of the apartment cannot be better than this. The apartment is very central: St. Johann Market is just 2 mins walk, the nearest bus stops St. Johann Markt (2 min walk) & Rathaus (5 min walk), nearest tram station is Landwehrplatz ( you need 5 minutes to get to the Hauptbahnhof). The University is very easy to reach by bus.
Supermarkets like Aldi, Edeka, Lidl, Asian Store, DM and Netto are also just a few minutes walk away! Also the Saar river ! (just 5 minutes walk). Basically you can travel across Saarbrücken without any problems!

Ich ziehe aus, und derzeit leben hier 3 meiner Mitbewohner: Ensar, Milica und Hameed.
Jeder von ihnen ist sehr entgegenkommend, wenn es ums Teilen geht. Jeder hat seine eigene Routine oder ist mit dem Studium beschäftigt, aber wir treffen uns auch gerne zum abendlichen Kaffee/Tee und reden über den Tag. Wir kommen aus verschiedenen Ländern und sprechen sowohl Englisch als auch Deutsch. Zu besonderen Anlässen verabreden wir uns auch gerne zum Abendessen und genießen ab und zu ein Bier oder einen Wein.
Alle sind sehr kommunikativ, locker und offen, obwohl wir Verständnis für die Privatsphäre des Einzelnen haben.

I'm moving out and there are 3 of my flatmates living here currently: Ensar, Milica and Hameed.
Each of them is very accommodative when it comes to sharing. Everyone is having their our own routine or are busy with studies but also like to share evening coffee/tea and talk about the day. We come from different countries and speak in English as well as German. We also like to arrange dinner nights on special occasions., and now and then enjoy a beer or wine.
Everyone is very communicative, easy-going and open although we understand the privacy of one's life.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass es nur für Studenten zur Verfügung steht und kein zweck-wg ist. Wir leben hier alle friedlich und in Harmonie und Respekt voreinander. Wir würden uns jemanden wünschen, der offen für eine freundliche Atmosphäre im Haus ist. Wir wünschen uns auch jemanden, der das Haus als sein Zuhause betrachtet und sich daran beteiligt, das Haus sauber zu halten. Wir haben eine Reinigung shcedule und folgen ihm.

Please note that it's available only for students and is not a zweck-wg. We all live here peacefully and maintaining harmony and respect for each other. We would want to have someone who is open to having a friendly atmosphere in the house and who thinks of it as a home and participates in keeping the house clean and it's very important to us all. We do have a cleaning shcedule and follow it.
