About the Flat:
Bright and cozy one room available in 2-room flatshare in Salzburg. The room is a perfect fit for one person and comes unfurnished. But I am selling my existing furniture for €350 (offcourse it is negotiable). The flat is located close to Hauptbahnhof.
The flat is well equipped with kitchen equipment (refrigerator, oven, induction, dining table). The room has a huge shared balcony.
There is a river right behind the apartment. You can enjoy a beautiful view of Salzburg altstad from there. If you are a fitness enthusiast, then there is a gym right in front of the apartment. You have quick access to the supermarkets as well.

8 minutes walking distance from Salzburg HBF.
Rent and Costs:
The total rent of the room is 590 euros per month, including utilities. A security deposit of 1770 euros is required. I am leaving my furniture in the room and it costs 375 euros.

The room is available starting March 2025. It is also possible to start from February 2025.
