So you have decided to find the next base for your life's next chapter in Salzburg?
I can provide you with just that:A trusty cozy room in a nice big apartment where you feel right at home.
The room is spacious enough to have all kinds of furniture and still enough space to personalize it and make it your own. It gets ample sunlight and doesn't need much heating to stay warm in winter. The view out of the room is very green and there is next to no noise in the room. You are also free to take over any furniture item you like or bring your own. We will cash it out later!
Location
The flat is situated in Itzling. The Bus numbers 3 and 5 leave right in front of our place. With the bus, it takes 7 minutes to get to the main Train station otherwise you can walk for a kilometer and be there in 18 minutes (12 if you walk fast enough because you are about to miss the train - enough experience). There is a Lidl 3 minutes walk away and a billa which is 8-10 minutes of walking. You can reach the centre in 15 minutes and at the same time enjoy nature very close by! Seriously: It might seem like the apartment is a bit North, but actually it's very well-connected and you can reach anywhere pretty fast.

The Kitchen has a dishwasher and also a washing machine so you don't need to worry about any of that!
There are 2 people already living in the apartment. But there might be some changes in the near future.
