Das sehr helle Zimmer ist hofseitig gelegen also sowohl tags- als auch nachtsüber sehr ruhig. Die großen Fenster gehen bis zu den Knien. Im Zimmer befindet sich ein riesiger originaler Einbauschrank. Regal und Bett von den Fotos können auf Wunsch übernommen werden.

The very bright room is located towards the courtyard therefore it's very quiet. There is a big original and non-removable wardrobe. It's possible to get the shelf and the bed with the room, if necessary.
Die Wohnung befindet sich quasi direkt am Mirabellplatz, ist also sehr zentral. Der ÖPNV ist also weniger als 1 Gehminute entfernt. Zu Fuß sind es zum Salzburger Hauptbahnhof ca. 10 Minuten.
In der Umgebung befinden sich mehrere Supermärkte und einmal die Woche findet die Schranne, der größte österreichische Wochenmarkt direkt vor der Tür statt.

The flat is located near Mirabellplatz in the city centre. Public transport is less than a minute away. By foot it's a 10 minute walk to Salzburg main station..
There are several supermarkets in close proximity and once a week, there is the biggest austrian farmers marked right at the doorstep.
Es gibt ein großes Wohnzimmer, das als gemeinsamer Raum genutzt und gestaltet werden soll. Die Küche ist vollausgestattet (ich koche sehr viel). Es gibt eine Badewanne und Bad und Klo sind getrennt von einander.

There's a big living room, which is meant to be used and shaped together. The kitchen is fully furnished (cause i cook a lot). There is a bathtub and the toilet is separated from the bathroom.
Mein Name ist Max (27) und ich bin berufstätig. Für gemeinsame Koch-Sessions oder Film- bzw. Serienabende bin ich meistens zu haben. Ein gemeinsames Verständnis für Sauberkeit in der WG ist mir sehr wichtig.
