Wir haben eine Haus- & Garten-WG in der alten Apotheke in St. Andrä-Wördern.
Das Haus ist eine fesche Villa Baujahr 1900, es gibt einen Garten, Terrasse, Garage und (Werkstatt-) Keller. Wir bewohnen zusammen 160m2 Wohnfläche verteilt auf 2 Stockwerke. Die Küche, ein feines Wohnzimmer mit Schwedenofen ein Arbeitszimmer und natürlich den Garten und die Terrasse nützen wir gemeinsam! Außerdem gibt es ein verschmustes Kätzchen namens Cléo.
Das Zimmer selbst hat ca. 15m2, liegt westseitig und schaut in den Garten mit Blick auf eine wunderschöne Linde. Ein super Nest, um die Nachmittags- und Abendsonne zu genießen.
Gesamtpreis des Zimmers pro Monat € 460,- (alles inklusive mit Betriebskosten, Internet, Versicherung, Brennholz für den Schwedenofen, etc.)

Room for rent from JANUARY-MARCH in shared-house! | Wonderful roommate / flatmate wanted!
We live in a shared house with a beautiful garden. The house is a villa built in 1900 and used to be the old pharmacy of St. Andrä Wördern. There is a garden, terrace, garage and (workshop) basement. We occupy together 160m2 of living space distributed on 2 floors. The kitchen, a fine living room with Swedish stove, a study and of course the garden and terrace we use together! There is also a cuddly kitten named Cléo.
The room itself has about 15m2, is west-facing and looks into the garden with a view of a beautiful linden tree. A super nest to enjoy the afternoon and evening sun.
Total price of the room per month € 460,- (all inclusive with running costs, internet, insurance, wood for the Swedish stove, etc.).
Das Haus liegt an der Greifensteiner Strasse. Mit dem Rad sind es 5 schnelle Minuten zum Bahnhof (von dort 25min nach Wien Heiligenstadt, jede halbe Stunde).
Der Wald ist gleich den Berg rauf und die Donau, bzw. der Altarm sind auch nicht weit (10min mit dem Rad). Auch im Ort tut sich vieles (Kunst, Kultur & Gemeinschaft) - u.a. beim Dorfplatz: https://www.dorfplatz-staw.net

The house is located on Greifensteiner Strasse. By bike it is 5 quick minutes to the train station (from there 25min to Vienna Heiligenstadt, every half hour).
The forest is just up the hill - a few minutes from the house and the Danube river is also not far (about 10min by bike). There is a lot going on in the village (art, culture & community) - for example at Dorfplatz: https://www.dorfplatz-staw.net
Wir leben gerne unkompliziert, freuen uns übers Zusammenkommen (Musik machen, Bewegung, lecker kochen & essen, Feuer machen, Selbstliebe & Mitverantwortung für den Ort, Gartenarbeit …) und haben den Rückzug genauso gern – je nachdem, was gerade dran ist. Rundherum gibt es auch eine tolle community.
Das Zimmer ist von Jänner bis März frei, da ich (Julie) auf Reisen bin. Schön wäre, wenn du ein Herz für Katzen hast und es genießt hin- und wieder eine kuschelige Katze an deiner Seite zu haben. Cléo ist eine super unkomplizierte Freigängerin, die es liebt draußen zu sein und nur zum Fressen und Streicheln bzw. Schlafen nach Hause kommt.

We like to live simple, enjoy coming together (making music, exercise, cooking & eating delicious food, making a fire in the garden, self-love & co-responsibility for the place, gardening, cat ...) and like to retreat just as much - depending on what's on at the moment. There is also a great community around.
The room is available from January to March as I (Julie) am traveling. It would be nice if you have a heart for cats and enjoy having a cuddly cat by your side every now and then. Cléo is a super easy-going outdoor cat who loves to be outside and only comes home to eat, sleep and be petted.
