Wir suchen ab März oder später in unserer schönen 4-Zimmer-Altbauwohnung (3-er WG) eine/n Mitbewohner:in. Die 4-Zimmer-Altbauwohnung liegt in der Nähe des historischen Stadtzentrums mit Blick auf die Kathedrale und den historische Stadtkern. Das Zimmer ist 15 qm gross. Das Wohnzimmer (ca. 20 qm), die gemütliche Küche, der Flur und das Bad sind Gemeinschaftsräume.
In der Miete sind WLAN und die professionelle Reinigung der Wohnung enthalten. Auf Wunsch kann das Zimmer gegen einen geringen Aufpreis und nach Absprache auch möbliert werden.
Die beiden anderen Bewohner sind Pendler, die im akademischen Bereich arbeiten und am Wochenende nur selten in der Wohnung sind und freuen sich über gute Unterhaltungen beim Abendessen sowie ein stressfreies Berufstätigen-WG-Miteinander. Internationale Gäste sind natürlich herzlich willkommen.

We are looking for a new flatmate for one of our beautiful 4-room shared rooms starting in March or later. The flat is near the historic town centre with a bit of a view over the cathedral and historic city. The room is 15 sqm, and the living room (approx. 20 sqm), comfortable kitchen, hallway, and bathroom are shared spaces.
The rent includes WLAN and professional cleaning of the apartment. If desired, the room can also be furnished for a small extra fee upon negotiation.
The two other residents are commuters working in academia and are seldom in the flat during the weekends. Internationals are, of course, warmly welcome.
