we are looking for a new tenant (must be student) for a room in a shared flat from 01.12.24 in Munich Schwabhausen.
The room is approx. 10m^2 in size. It has 1 large window, so there is always enough light coming in. The windows go out to the garden behind the house. There are also curtains. There is a private room for coats and clothes, about 3m^2 - not in the basement. There is underfloor heating in the room.

Nachmieter für ein Zimmer WG ab 01.12.24 in München Schwabhausen gesucht.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 10m^2 groß. Es hat 1 große Fenster, sodass immer ausreichend Licht hereinkommt. Die Fenster gehen zum Garten hinter dem Haus raus. Es sind auch Vorhänge vorhanden. Es gibt einen privaten Raum für Mäntel und Kleidung, ca. 3m^2 groß - nicht in Keller. Im Zimmer befindet sich die Fußbodenheizung.

The apartment is not so far away (11-14min walk) from the S-Bahn station Schwabhausen. The connection here is therefore good (directly to the main station with line: S2). There is also Netto & Penny in the immediate vicinity (directly at the S-Bahn station) :D

Die Wohnung befindet sich nicht so weit weg (11-14Min Laufen) von der S-Bahn Station Schwabhausen. Die Anbindung hier ist also gut (direkt zu Hbf mit Linie: S2). Auch in der näheren Umgebung gibt es Netto & Penny (direkt bei S-Bahn Station) :D

Borna, Hazim, Aryan, and Greta also live in the apartment. In total there are 5 rooms, a bathroom, toilet and a kitchen/living room. We are all good friends and do a lot together, but we all like to have our peace and quiet sometimes. Apart from that, the flat share is pretty relaxed and always up for a bit of fun. Of course, you can also retire in the evening if you want to have some peace and quiet after a day's work. We look forward to getting to know you! :)

In der Wohnung wohnt ansonsten noch Borna, Hazim, Aryan, and Greta. Insgesamt gibt es also 5 Zimmer, Bad, Toilette und eine Wohn/Küche. Wir alle sind gut befreundet, unternehmen viel gemeinsam, haben aber alle auch gerne manchmal unsere Ruhe. Ansonsten ist die WG ziemlich entspannt und immer für einen Spaß zu haben. Natürlich kann man sich abends auch zurückziehen, wenn man nach einem Arbeitstag seine Ruhe haben möchte. Wir freuen uns darauf dich kennenzulernen! :)
