A spacious and bright room is available in a three people WG. It is at a great location with just 5 minutes walk from Kaufland and approximately 10 minutes walk to the campus. A lot of grocery stores are just downstairs if you wanna buy some cheap groceries.
You will share the appartment with 2 flatmatesmates who are also the students of THWS .
The room has a huge window with a lot of bright sunlight specially during the morning keeping the room cozy even during the winters.
The bus stop is just three minutes away by foot. Bahnhof also 10 minutes, however Schweinfurt Mitte station is just a five minute walk.
Two flatmates one from Mexico who is in his 4th Semester and the other from Tunisia in 8th semester. Both are really friendly and nice to talk to.
The room is available from 1st March.
The rent is 300€ + 95€ for the utilities including the important bills like heating,electricity and internet.
You even have a possibility to extend the contract and keep the place for yourself after the sublet ends.
The room was initially unfurnished, but most of the furniture can be bought from me for 250€. The price can ofc be negotiated.
