Das Zimmer ist sehr gemütlich und hell inkl. Schalousinen Falls man es etwas dünkler haben möchte. Es gibt es ein 1,40 cm Bett, ein Kleiderschrank, ein Nachttisch und eine Tischlampe, ein Schreibtisch und Stuhl somit ist es voll ausgestattet.
Im Preis inkl. ist die Miete, Strom, Wasser, Internet, TV-Gebühren und Müll-Gebühren, es kommen keine Extrakosten dazu. Fotos vom Schreibtisch und Stuhl können separat gesendet werden.

The room is very cozy and bright including shawls If you want it a little thinner. There is a 1.40 cm bed, a closet, a nightstand and a table lamp, a desk and chair so it is fully equipped.

a habitación es muy acogedora y luminosa e incluye chales si la quieres un poco más oscura. Por lo demás, hay una cama de 1,40 cm, un armario, una mesita de noche y una lámpara de mesa, un escritorio y silla por lo que está totalmente equipada.

Die Wohnung ist wirklich zentral, also die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor dem Haus. Der Hauptbahnhof haben wir in ca 8-10 Min. zu Fuß und mit dem Bus gleich 2 Haltestellen. Es gibt einen Kellerabteil für das Fahrrad. Der Marktplatz ist ca. 15 Minuten von zu Fuß zu erreichen. In 2 Min. erreichen Sie Migros und Denner, eine Handmade Bäckerei ist ebenso um die Ecke. Am Bahnhof sind weitere Supermärkte und der Neumarkt gleich daneben.

The flat is really central, so the bus stop is right in front of the house. The main train station is about 8-10 minutes away on foot and 2 stops by bus. There is a cellar compartment for the bicycle. The market place is about 15 minutes walking distance. In 2 min. you reach Migros and Denner, a handmade bakery is also around the corner. There are more supermarkets at the station and the Neumarkt is right next door.

El piso está muy céntrico, por lo que la parada de autobús está justo enfrente de la casa. La estación principal de tren está a unos 8-10 minutos a pie y a 2 paradas en autobús. Hay un compartimento en el sótano para la bicicleta. La plaza del mercado está a unos 15 minutos a pie. En 2 min. se llega a Migros y Denner, también hay una panadería artesanal a la vuelta de la esquina. En la estación hay más supermercados y el Neumarkt está justo al lado.
Ich komme aus ursprünglich aus Argentinien. Meine Leidenschaft ist natürlich das Reisen, das Essen und ich koche und backe sehr gerne wenn ich Zeit dazu habe. Ich arbeite Vollzeit und somit bin ich den ganzen Tag nicht Zuhause. Das Zimmer würde ich gerne nur im Winter Semester vermieten, da im Sommer meine Freunde zu Besuch in der Schweiz sind.
Ich sitze mal gerne auf ein Glas Wein/Tee und genieße die Gesellschaft. Solltest du auch gerne Kochen, dann wäre das ein perfekter Match :-), hin und wieder könnten wir zusammen kochen ... natürlich habe ich auch mehrere Interessen :-).

I am originally from Argentina. My passion is of course travelling, food and I love to cook and bake when I have time. I work full time and therefore I am not at home all day. I would like to rent the room only in the winter semester, because in the summer my friends are visiting Switzerland.
I like to sit down for a glass of wine/tea and enjoy the company. Should you also like cooking, then that would be a perfect match :-), every now and then we could cook together ... of course I also have several interests :-).

Soy originaria de Argentina. Mi pasión es por supuesto viajar, la comida y me encanta cocinar y hornear cuando tengo tiempo. Trabajo a tiempo completo y por lo tanto no estoy en casa todo el día. Me gustaría alquilar la habitación sólo en el semestre de invierno, porque en el verano mis amigos están de visita en Suiza.
Me gusta sentarme a tomar una copa de vino/té y disfrutar de la compañía. Si también te gusta cocinar, entonces sería una pareja perfecta :-), de vez en cuando podríamos cocinar juntos ... por supuesto también tengo varios intereses :-).
Die Wohnung ist keine Party-WG dafür gibt es genügend Bars, Pubs, Restaurants, Clubs in der Stadt.
