Das große Zimmer kann mit zwei Personen belegt werden. Die Mietpreise liegen zwischen 350,- EUR und 590,- EUR inklusive aller Kosten wie Strom, Wasser, Heizung, Internet, GEZ Gebühren, also alles Inklusive. Die Küche ist ebenso vollständig ausgestattet. Zwei Zimmer haben einen direkten Zugang zur Terrasse.
Die Möbel und Ausstattung sind Neuwertig und sehr gepflegt.

We are setting up a new shared apartment with 4 fully furnished rooms in Starnberg-Percha. (S-Bahn Starnberg-Nord to Marienplatz Munich 35 min.) The S-Bahn stop can be reached in a few minutes by bus.
The rooms still available are between 14 sqm and 22 sqm and are fully equipped with a bed, mattress, desk, table and closet. The large room can accommodate two people. The rental prices are between EUR 350 and EUR 590 including all costs such as electricity, water, heating, internet, GEZ fees, so everything is included. The kitchen is also fully equipped. Two rooms have direct access to the terrace.
