Welcome to our lovely flatshare! We are currently offering three beautifully furnished rooms that are perfect for people looking for a comfortable and stylish living space.
Each room measures 13m² and features a spacious and comfortable double bed (140x200), complete with a cozy duvet and two fluffy pillows to ensure a restful night's sleep. The room also comes with a large wardrobe that provides ample storage for all of your clothes and personal belongings.
We understand the importance of having a designated workspace, which is why each room is equipped with a desk that is 120cm wide, complete with a comfortable chair that can be easily adjusted to your liking. Whether you're studying for exams or working from home, you'll have all the space you need to be productive and focused.
Our rooms are designed to make you feel at home and relaxed. The decor is warm and welcoming, with plenty of natural light streaming in through the windows. And when it's time to unwind, you can curl up in your comfortable bed and watch TV or catch up on your favorite shows.
Our flatshare has been newly renovated with the utmost care and attention to detail, ensuring that everything is in perfect condition. We take pride in maintaining a clean and tidy living space, which is why we provide a regular cleaning service to keep everything looking its best.
Two rooms 🛏️ will be available from the beginning of March 2025 📅, following the end of the internship of the two girls who occupy them 👩🎓👩🎓. The other room is currently occupied by Camila, a very nice young intern 😊. A dynamic and vibrant living experience awaits you 🌟

🌞 The apartment is well insulated newly renovated double-glazed windows, providing pleasant thermal and acoustic comfort. Additionally, the apartment faces south and is cross-ventilated, making it very bright and welcoming.
