- I will pursue my internship in another city, that is why I would like to sublet my room. After my internship, I will write my thesis, and I am not sure if I will write my thesis in Straubing or not. If I will have some opportunities to write my thesis in other cities, you may even stay longer! However, this is not certain yet.
Your will have two rooms, one of them will be for sleeping, and the other one is for studying. Rooms are fully furnished, you can come directly with your luggage! -
As mentioned the sublet is from December until Febuary or even April, but there might be a possibility to stay permanently. If you have any questions feel free to message me! :)
The apartment is very close to the train station, 3 minutes by walking. TUM campus is 18 minutes by walking and 6 minutes with bicycle. The apartment is located in the city center, so there are many stores, supermarkets, and cafes nearby.
You will live with two, tidy, and clean girls. Both of them are masters students at TUM. Kitchen and bathroom are common spaces. Washing machine and dishwasher are available as well as WIFI!
