The room is in the ground floor (two floor building) with a view on the garden, direction to the North. At the moment it has a bed (90x200cm), a built-in wardrobe, several shelves and a desk. But we are flexible if you want to bring furniture - except for the built-in wardrobe :)
Das Zimmer liegt im Erdgeschoss mit Blick auf den Garten in Richtung Norden. Hat im Moment ein Bett (90x200cm), einen Einbauschrank, mehrere Regale und einen Schreibtisch. Sind aber flexibel falls Du Möbel mitbringen willst - bis auf den Einbauschrank :)
The house is in a quiet location in a neighborhood of detached houses in Strausberg. It is a 12-minute walk to Strausberg-Stadt suburban railway station (direct connection to Berlin city center with S5).
Das Haus liegt in ruhiger Lage in einem Viertel aus Einfamilienhäusern in Strausberg. Zur S-Bahn Strausberg-Stadt sind es 12 Gehminuten (direkte Verbindung nach Berlin Zentrum mit S5).
We are looking for a flatmate to live with us in exchange for looking after the children up to a maximum of 10 afternoons/evenings per month. The children are aged 9, 12, 15 - the oldest one doesn't need a child sitter - so it's more of a support :).
***This means the stated rent does NOT have to be paid (couldn't not state anything). Rent, utilities and internet are included. You have to pay for your food. You are welcome to use the garden (a real luxury in summer with shady and sunny spots)***.
We offer: fun children, quiet area in house with garden in nice small town with good S-Bahn connection to Berlin, living with a German/Spanish family (moved here from Spain 3 years ago).
We are looking for: Someone who likes children, would stay at least the whole school year and wants to learn or speak German/Spanish (at home we speak both).
Wir suchen eine Mitbewohnerin, die bei uns wohnt und dafür bis zu 10 Nachmittage/Abende pro Monat auf die Kinder aufpasst. Die Kinder sind im Alter von 9, 12, 15 - der Große braucht keinen Kindersitter - ist also eher eine Unterstützung :).
***Das heißt die angegebene Kaltmiete muss NICHT gezahlt werden (konnte nicht nichts angeben). Kaltmiete, Nebenkosten und Internet sind inbegriffen. Für Deine Verpflegung musst Du selbst aufkommen. Der Garten kann gern mitgenutzt werden (im Sommer ein echter Luxus mit schattigen und sonnigen Plätzen)***
Wir bieten: lustige Kinder, ruhige Gegend in Haus mit Garten in schöner Kleinstadt mit guter S-Bahn Anbindung nach Berlin, Wohnen bei einer deutsch/spanischen Familie (sind vor 3 Jahren von Spanien hierher gezogen)
Wir suchen: Jemanden, der Kinder mag, mindestens das gesamte Schuljahr bleiben würde und Deutsch/Spanisch lernen oder sprechen will (zu Hause sprechen wir beides).
