Die Altbauwohnung wurde in 2023 aufwendig modernisiert. Dabei wurden die Fußböden der Wohnräume und der Küche mit hochwertigem Design-Vinylboden in moderner Eichenoptik ausgestattet und alle Wände sowie Decken fein verputzt und weiß gestrichen.
Im Tageslicht-Bad und im Gäste-WC ebenfalls mit Fenster wurden edle, großformatige Fliesen verlegt und LED Spiegel angebracht. Die begehbare Dusche sorgt für ein Highlight am Morgen. Die nötige Wärme an kälteren Tagen spendet der Handtuchheizkörper im Bad. LED Deckenspots lassen das Bad, das Gäste-WC und die Küche hell und freundlich erscheinen.

Die gemütliche Sitzecke in der Wohnküche bietet 5 Personen Platz und lädt zum Verweilen ein.
Im Garten zur Mitbenutzung befindet sich eine Terrasse. Dort ist Platz für eine loungige Sitzecke und es besteht die Möglichkeit einen Grill aufzustellen.

Im Haus wohnen insgesamt sechs Parteien. Ein respektvoller Umgang mit den Nachbarn und ein liebvoller Umgang untereinander sind sehr wichtig.
Im Keller wird eine Waschmaschine zur Benutzung zur Verfügung gestellt. Eine Ladestation für Elektrofahrzeuge steht zur Verfügung.
