ich vermiete 1,5 Zimmer in meiner 3 Zimmerwohnung. Ich suche eine*n zuverlässige*n Mitbewohner*in ab Dezember 2024.
Die Wohnung ist ca. 62-65 qm groß.
Dein Zimmer ist bei 14qm, mein Zimmer bei 13,5 qm und das gemeinsam gereilte Wohnzimmer isr 16 qm groß. Küche, Bad, WC & Flur ca. 18qm
Die Wohnung is möbliert:
In deinem Zimmer stehen Bett, Regal, Garderobe und Lampe.
Das Wohnzimmer mit Home Office Arbeitsplatz wird von uns beiden genutzt.
Die Wohnung hat eine Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Kaffeevollautomat, somit voll ausgestattete Küche :)
Waschmaschine, Bügelbrett, Wäscheständer, Bügeleisen, etc. alles vorhanden.
Ich werde im monat nur 3-4 mal da schlafen weil ich in München arbeite. Du hast also viel Freiraum. Deswegen ist es mir wichtig, dass du super zuverlässig bist.
Zudem ist die Lage zentral. 5 min zu Fuß zum Marinplatz. 15 min zu Fuß zum Gerber.
Zentrale Lage zwischen dem Erwin Schöttle Platz und Marienplatz.
Ubahn und Bus sind in 2 Gehminuten zu erreichen.
Das WG-Leben ist entspannt. Mir sind allerdings Sauberkeit und Zuverlässigkeit absolut wichtig.
Bitte keine Haustiere - Hunde- und Katzenhaarallergie. Nicht-Raucher Haushalt.
Ganz wichtig, keine Weiter- oder Untervermietung. Kein Air BnB!
