Mein Zimmer ist ziemlich sonnig und bekommt viel Sonnenlicht. Es hat eine Größe von 11 Quadratmetern und schaut nach Westen, was bedeutet, dass es den größten Teil des Tages Sonne bekommt, besonders am Nachmittag und Abend. In meinem Zimmer habe ich mehrere Möbelstücke, darunter ein Bett, ein Schreibtisch, ein Stuhl, ein Schrank und ein Regal. Der Schreibtisch steht in der Nähe des Fensters, um das natürliche Licht optimal zu nutzen. Der Schrank befindet sich auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite des Zimmers, und das Regal ist an der Wand montiert. Da das Zimmer viel Sonnenlicht bekommt, muss ich oft lüften, um die Temperatur zu regulieren, besonders an heißen Sommertagen.
My room is quite sunny and gets a lot of sunlight. It is 11 square meters in size and faces west, which means it gets sun most of the day, especially in the afternoon and evening. In my room, I have several pieces of furniture, including a bed, a desk, a chair, a closet, and a shelf. The desk is placed near the window to make the most of the natural light. The closet is on the opposite side of the room, and the shelf is mounted on the wall. Since the room gets a lot of sunlight, I often have to ventilate it to regulate the temperature, especially on hot summer days.
Das Haus befindet sich in einer sehr guten Lage. Es ist nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß von der Universität entfernt und die Bushaltestelle ist nur 2 Minuten entfernt. Der Vaihingen Bahnhof ist ebenfalls nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, was den öffentlichen Verkehr sehr zugänglich macht. In der Nähe gibt es ein Schwimmbad, das nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt ist, ideal für sportliche Aktivitäten. Auch die Schwaben Galerie, die Aldi und Kaufland umfasst, ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, was das Einkaufen bequem macht. Die Lage bietet eine gute Anbindung an alles, was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt.
The house is in a very good location. It is only a 10-minute walk from the university and the bus stop is only 2 minutes away. The Vaihingen train station is also only a 10-minute walk away, making public transport very accessible. There is a swimming pool nearby which is only a 3-minute walk away, ideal for sports activities. Also, the Schwaben Galerie, which includes Aldi and Kaufland, is only a 5-minute walk away, making shopping convenient. The location offers good access to everything one needs for daily needs.
Im Haus teilen wir uns eine gemeinsame Küche und ein gemeinsames Badezimmer. Insgesamt leben 10 Personen im Haus. Es gibt ein Badezimmer mit Toilette und drei weitere Badezimmer, die ebenfalls Toiletten haben. Im Haus gibt es einen Internetzugang, der sehr gut funktioniert, was für die Arbeit und das Studium sehr praktisch ist. Das Haus hat einen Garten, der oft als Rückzugsort genutzt wird. Die Heizung sorgt dafür, dass es im Haus immer warm und gemütlich ist, auch an kalten Tagen.
In the house we share a common kitchen and a common bathroom. A total of 10 people live in the house. There is one bathroom with a toilet and three other bathrooms that also have toilets. There is internet access in the house that works very well, which is very convenient for work and study. The house has a garden that is often used as a retreat. The heating ensures that the house is always warm and cozy, even on cold days.
