The room is located on the first floor and has a size of 12m². It is furnished with a desk, chair, shelf, closet and bed. The large window and the white walls make the room bright and friendly. The proximity to nature is particularly unique, as there are green plants and a garden area right outside the window. This natural environment offers immediate relaxation and relief from stress.
Das Gebäude befindet sich in einer ruhigen, sehr guten Wohngegend mit bequemem Zugang zur U-Bahn, S-Bahn und Bushaltestellen. Es gibt regelmäßige Züge zum Hauptbahnhof, und die Lage ist besonders günstig, da sowohl die S-Bahn als auch die U-Bahn-Stationen nur 8 Minuten entfernt sind. Von dieser Lage zum Stuttgarter Hauptbahnhof sind es 10 Minuten mit der S-Bahn.

The building is located in a quiet, very good residential area with easy access to the subway, S-Bahn and bus stops. There are regular trains to the main station and the location is particularly convenient as both the S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations are only 8 minutes away. From this location to Stuttgart Central Station is 10 minutes by S-Bahn.
As for shopping, there are plenty of options nearby. Rewe and Lidl are just a short 4-minute subway ride away, while Kaufland is just an 8-minute walk from the house.

There is a guy from Ghana, Bangladesh and India. There's a very relaxed atmosphere in the shared flat. We have a good atmosphere and everyone fits in easily.
