Wir suchen ab sofort nach einem/-er neuen Mitbewohner/-in für unsere Wohnung in Stgt-Vaihingen. Außer zwei tollen und netten Mitbewohnern, bieten wir ein möbliertes 18 qm-Zimmer. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Tiefparterre, also der Garten ist direkt aus dem Fenster zu sehen. Das Zimmer ist hell, mit Fenster. Einzug ab 01.Okt.24, oder ein paar Tage früher.
We are looking for a new flatmate for our apartment in Stuttgart-Vaihingen. Besides two nice flatmates, we offer a furnished 22 square meters room. The apartment is located in a semi-basement, so you will see the garden from the windows. The room is very bright, with a south facing window. The room will be available from Oct 1, but a move in date a few days earlier is also possible.
Location
Die Wohnung liegt nah an der Uni Stuttgart, HdM und Max-Planck-Institut. Gute Anschlussmöglichkeiten zur Stadtmitte (ca. 30 Min Bus + S-Bahn) sowie zur Uni Hohenheim (ca. 30 Min. Bus + U-Bahn) und direkte Zufahrt zur Autobahn. Die Ortsmitte Vaihingen ist in 10 Min. zum Fuss erreichbar (5 wenn du gut trainiert bist 😊 ), dort kann man sich beim Einkaufszentrum Schwabengalerie gut versorgen. Die S-Bahn-Station Vaihingen ist 15 Min. zu Fuß weit weg, oder 7 Min. mit dem Bus (Linie 81 oder 84). Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig (auch wenn es keine Pandemie gibt) aber von vielen freundlichen Tieren besiedelt (Pferde, Schafe, Hühner, deine Mitbewohner…) mit denen man sich gut unterhalten kann 😊
LOCATION
The apartment is close to Uni Stuttgart, Hochschule der Medien and Max-Planck Institute. Good connections to city centre (ca. 30 minutes with bus + S-Bahn) and Uni Hohenheim (ca. 30 Mins bus + U-Bahn). Vaihingen’s town centre is 10 minutes far on foot, there you can buy everything you need at Schwabengalerie (mall). The S-Bahn station Vaihingen is 15 minutes on foot far away, or 7 by bus (Line 81 or 84). The neighbourhood is quiet (even when there’s no pandemic), and is just a 2 min walk from a green space, where you can see sheep and horses.
Flatshare Type
Putzplan, aber die Wohnung bleibt trotzdem immer sauber. Ab und zu kochen wir zusammen oder gehen wir zusammen im schönen Vaihinger Wald spazieren, trotzdem ist die Privatsphäre garantiert.
PEOPLE & MOOD
Miquel (31, PhD student at Uni Stuttgart) comes from Spain, Silvana (25) from Mexico (Master Student) are already working. We are friendly, open and clean people, and who always keep the apartment tidy, and the mood relaxed. We don't have a cleaning schedule, and that has always worked out so far.
We help each other like a little family.😊 Sometimes we eat together or go for a walk in the beautiful Vaihingen forest, watch a movie, or go grocery shopping together, but it is no problem if some of us wants to spend time alone. The room available is at the other end of the house from both of our rooms, so it is easy to retreat.
Miscellaneous
In den Nebenkosten sind Wasser, Strom und Heizung drin. Dazu bezahlen wir 19,50 € im Monat für Internet und Rundfunkbeitrag. Wir verwenden Splitwise für geteilte Kosten (Toilettenpapier, Spülmittel usw.)
OTHER IMPORTANT THINGS
Utilities include water, electricity and heating. In addition, we pay 19,50€ per month for Internet and TV tax. We use Splitwise for shared costs (toilet paper, dish soap…).
Internationals are welcome. We speak English, German and Spanish at a good level in the WG.
