Die perfekten Vorraussetzungen für eine schöne WG im Zentrum von Stuttgart Degerloch! Eine sehr helle 3-Zimmer Wohnung mit großen Fenstern und Balkon, einer komplett ausgestatteten Küche, einem kompletten Badezimmer, sowie ein Gäste-WC!
Die Mitbewohner sind junge Berufstätige und Studenten. Wir suchen Studenten oder Berufstätige, die Wert auf eine schöne Wohngemeinschaft legen, keine Zweck-WG.
Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert und hat ein Bad mit Dusche, sowie ein Gäste-WC und eine vollausgestattete Küche. Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und verfügt über ein Bodenfenster mit elektrischen Rollläden. Als Mieter bekommt man außerdem Zugriff auf eine geräumige Fahrradgarage und einen Garten, um die sonnigen Nachmittage mit Freunden zu genießen. Auf Anfrage kann man zusätzlich einen Stellplatz mieten.

The perfect conditions for a nice shared apartment in the center of Stuttgart Degerloch! A very bright 3-room apartment with balcony and floor windows, a fully equipped kitchen, a complete bathroom, and a guest toilet!
The two other tenants are Master Students from China! We are looking for students or professionals who value a nice shared apartment, no purpose WG.
The apartment is fully furnished and has a bathroom with a shower, as well as a guest toilet and a fully equipped kitchen. The room is very bright and has a floor windows with electric shutters. As a tenant you also get access to a spacious bicycle garage and a GARDEN to enjoy the sunny afternoons with friends. On request, one can additionally rent a parking space.

Die Wohnung befindet sich auf einer ruhigen Straße in einer der besten Wohngegenden Stuttgarts, Stuttgart Degerloch. Von der WG erreicht man in nur 4 Minuten zu Fuß die U-Bahn Station Degerloch, sowie eine schöne Bäckerei, einen REWE, sämtliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Banken, Restaurants, und den Wald.
In S-Degerloch finden Sie alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel in Richtung Stuttgart Innenstadt oder nach Möhringen, Vahingen, Leinfelden, Sindelfingen, etc. Die U-Bahn zur Innenstadt dauert von S-Degerloch nur 14 Minuten (zum Hauptbahnhof) und fährt tagsüber durchgehend alle 5-8 Minuten. Ein Hallen-, und Freibad bzw. das Sportzentrum Waldau, und ein Wald für Freizeitaktivitäten liegt auch nur 15 Minuten entfernt.
The apartment is located on a quiet street in one of the best residential areas of Stuttgart, Stuttgart Degerloch. From the WG you can reach the subway station Degerloch in only 4 minutes on foot, as well as a nice bakery, a REWE, all shopping facilities, banks, restaurants, and the forest.
In S-Degerloch you will find all public transportation to Stuttgart city center or to Möhringen, Vahingen, Leinfelden, Sindelfingen, etc. The subway to the city center takes only 14 minutes from S-Degerloch (to the main station) and runs continuously every 5-8 minutes during the day. An indoor and outdoor swimming pool at the sports center Waldau, and a forest for recreational activities are also only 15 minutes away.
Das Zimmer Nr. 4 bewohnt derzeit ein sehr freundlicher Berufstätiger (männlich) im Alter von 25 Jahren. Da er mit seiner Freundin einzieht, wird er in 2-3 Monaten die Wohnung verlassen. Um ein schönes Zusammenleben zu gewährleisten, suchen wir junge Berufstätige, Studenten, oder Praktikanten zwischen 18 und 28, die Wert auf das schöne Wohnen, die Sauberkeit und Gemeinschaft legen und die erstklassige Lage der Wohnung nutzen möchten!
Room number 4 is currently occupied by a very friendly professional (male) aged 25. Since he is moving in with his girlfriend, he will leave the apartment in 2-3 months. To ensure a nice living together, we are looking for young professionals, students, or interns between 18 and 28, who value nice living, cleanliness, and community and want to take advantage of the prime location of the apartment!
