ich suche einen Nachmieter für mein geliebtes WG-Zimmer. Nachdem ich jetzt seit 6 Jahren dort wohne ist es nun langsam Zeit älter zu werden und mit meiner Freundin zusammen zu ziehen.
Mein Zimmer ist ca 15qm groß, befindet sich im ersten Stock und hat ein Fenster.
Abgesehen vom Zimmer gibt es einen großen Flur mit Tischkicker, Küche, Bad, Balkon und ein Kellerabteil. Alles darf und soll mitbenutzt werden! :)
Alle Zimmer sind in gutem Zustand und wurden vor wenigen Jahren renoviert.

I'm looking for a new tenant for my beloved room in a shared flat. After living there for 6 years now, it's time to get older and move in with my girlfriend.
My room is about 15 square metres in size, is on the first floor and has a window.
Apart from the room, there is a large hallway with table football, kitchen, bathroom, balcony and a cellar compartment. Everything can and should be shared! :)
All rooms are in good condition and were renovated a few years ago.
Top Lage im Stuttgarter Westen.
Direkt an der U-Bahn Haltestelle Schwab-/Bebelstraße. 7 min zu Fuß zur S-Bahn Haltestelle Schwabstraße.
Somit ist alles schnellstens erreichbar, wenn man denn überhaupt weg muss. Es gibt nämlich alles was man braucht direkt vor Ort.
Innerhalb von 5 Minuten lässt sich: Supermarkt, Bäcker, Drogerie, Bank, Cafes, Park, Kneipen, Döner-, Burger-,China-Restaurant.... zu Fuß erreichen.
Einzig die Parkmöglichkkeiten sind begrenzt. Da muss man ab und an etwas länger suchen. Aber irgendwann hat jeder etwas gefunden.

Directly at the U-Bahn station Schwab-/Bebelstraße. 7 min walk to the S-Bahn station Schwabstraße.
So everything is within easy reach, if you have to leave at all. There is everything you need directly on site.
Within 5 minutes you can reach: supermarket, bakery, drugstore, bank, cafes, park, pubs, kebab, burger, Chinese restaurant.... within walking distance.
Only the parking facilities are limited. You have to search a little longer from time to time. But eventually everyone finds something.
Du würdest mit Ruben [aktuell auf Arbeitssuche], Tobi [berufstätig] und Paolo [promoviert] zusammen wohnen. In unserer WG verbringen wir gerne Zeit zusammen. Ruben und Paolo spielen zusammen im Verein Basketball. Einmal in der Woche wird gemeinsam gekocht mit anschließendem Quatschen, Sport schauen oder was Spielen. Jeder kann auch mal Freunde einladen, alle sind herzlich willkommen. Wir kennen uns in der Gegend gut aus und können dir gute Tipps geben, falls du neu in Stuttgart bist und die Stadt kennen lernen willst.
Über die Jahre haben wir mittlerweile auch einen Putzplan eingeführt mit wöchentlich wechselnden Aufgaben. (Man muss also nur einmal in 4 Wochen Putzen bzw. Kochen)
Natürlich gilt: Wer seine Ruhe will, bekommt sie auch und macht einfach die Türe zu. Wir sind alle umgängliche Menschen, also kann jeder, wenn etwas nicht passt, es einfach ansprechen.
You would live together with Ruben [currently looking for a job], Tobi [working] and Paolo [doing a PhD]. We enjoy spending time together in our shared flat. Ruben and Paolo play basketball together. Once a week, we cook together and then chat, watch sport or play games. Anyone can invite friends round, everyone is welcome. We know the area well and can give you good tips if you are new to Stuttgart and want to get to know the city.
Over the years, we have also introduced a cleaning schedule with different tasks every week. (So you only have to clean or cook once every 4 weeks)
Of course, if you want your peace and quiet, just close the door. We are all sociable people, so anyone can simply speak up if something doesn't suit them.
