The kitchen offers enough space for spending time together. A refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob and basic equipment are available. In the hallway there is a large built-in closet, which is divided between the flatmates and offers additional storage space.
The apartment has a large basement compartment, a bicycle cellar and a drying room for laundry.
Die Wohnung liegt in einem Mehrfamilienhaus in einem grünen, ruhigen Viertel. Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind fußläufig erreichbar.
Direkt vor der Haustür befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle. Die S-Bahn erreicht man innerhalb von ca. 8 Minuten zu fuß und ist nach 20 Minuten in der Münchner Innenstadt. Mit dem Auto ist man innerhalb von ca. 15 Minuten in München.

The apartment is located in an apartment building in a green, quiet neighborhood. All shops for daily needs are within walking distance.
There is a bus stop right outside the front door. The S-Bahn can be reached within about 8 minutes on foot and you can be in Munich city center in 20 minutes. By car you can be in Munich in about 15 minutes.
