ich ziehe Anfang Februar aus meinem Zimmer aus. da die WG gerade nur aus Internationals besteht, die alle Anfang Februar ausziehen, ist das auch der optimale Zeitpunkt für eine Neugründung. Das Zimmer ist das größte mit rund 21-25m² mit einem 140 Bett und einem Sofa. Außerdem gibt es zwei kleine Schreibtische die man zu einem zusammen stellen kann, sowie zwei Schränke und einer Kleiderstange. Das Zimmer ist auch ideal für Paare die gemeinsam ins Ausland gehen. Außerdem hat man einen Balkon mit einem kleinen Tisch, was vor allem im Sommer sehr gemütlich ist.
I'm moving out of my room at the beginning of February. As the shared flat currently only consists of internationals who are all moving out at the beginning of February, this is also the ideal time to start a new flat. The room is the largest at around 21-25m² with a 140 bed and a sofa. There are also two small desks that can be put together as one, as well as two wardrobes and a clothes rail. The room is also ideal for couples travelling abroad together. There is also a balcony with a small table, which is particularly cosy in summer.
Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock und es gibt einen Aufzug. Die Gegend ist ein ruhigere Wohngegend. Der Supermarkt liegt wirklich direkt vor der Haustür. Zum Meer geht man ca.7 Minuten und zu der neu eröffneten Metro nur ca. 2 Minuten. Damit ist man innerhalb von 10 Minuten im Stadtzentrum. Möchte man am Meer entlang schlendern braucht man zum weißen Turm ca. 30 Minuten.
The flat is on the first floor and there is a lift. The neighbourhood is a quiet residential area. The supermarket is really right on the doorstep. The sea is about 7 minutes away and the newly opened metro is only 2 minutes away. This means you can be in the city centre within 10 minutes. If you want to stroll along the seafront, it takes about 30 minutes to the white tower.
Alle aktuellen MitbewohnerInnen ziehen bis Anfang Februar aus. Deshalb gerne auch als Gruppe melden die andern Zimmer sind etwas günstiger und ich kann sehr gerne an den Vermieter vermitteln
All current flatmates are moving out by the beginning of February. So you can also move on with your friends. The other rooms are a bit cheaper and I can gladly refer you to the landlord
