Hi guys and girls,
my boyfriend and me finished our Erasmus period here and are now searching for 2 nice people to take over our double room with balcony. You will share the apartment with 2 Spanish and 2 Italian students, who are between 20 and 22 years old. It's a very nice and clean place and also well connected to tram, bus and metro (Bernini). If you are open minded and talkative, contact us! We have a kitchen, two bathrooms and a nice living room where we eat and spend time together.
The rent is 220€ per person in the double room. If you prefer to have the room just for yourself, the price is 440€. Heating, gas and internet are excluded.
You can move in from the 1st of March onwards. Don't hesitate to contact me soon!

Ciao ragazzi,
il mio fidanzato e io abbiamo finito i nostri Erasmus a Torino e adesso cherchiamo 2 inquilini per la nostra stanza doppia con balcone. Avrete 2 coinquilini spanioli e 2 ragazze italiane. Hanno tra i 20 fra i 22 anni. L'appartamento è bello, grande e pulito. Inoltre è vicino alla metro (Bernini), al tram (linnee 13, 16, 9) e agli autobus.
È composto da una cucina, due bagni e una bella sala da pranzo dove mangiamo e ci ricontriamo.
Affitiamo una doppia per 220€ a persona. Può essere anche singola per 440€, spese escluse (riscaldamento, luce, gas, acqua).
La stanza è libera dal 1 marzo. Non esitare a contattarmi presto!
