The room is fully furnished (double bed, workdesk, office chair, wardrobe) and on the first floor of a townhouse with garden.
On the ground floor are the shared kitchen, lounge and a toilet.
On the first floor are im addition to the advertised room a bathroom and a guest bedroom.
The second floor contains the bedroom, bathroom and office of the two landlords.
In the cellar is a laundry room, a storage and another guest bedroom.
The house is in a residential quiet neighbourhood in Unterföhring. The bus stops of three buslines (188, 231, 234) are in three minutes distance. To the S8 sbahnstation Unterföhring it is a 7 min walk.
A small edeka supermarket, a bakery an indian restaurant and a few other facilities are between house and sbahn station.
There is a young lovely dog living in the household.
It is expected that the tenant gets involved in taking care for the dog.
What does this exactly mean? In average two days a week the tenant should be able to work from home - so that the dog is not alone at home. One walk with her during the day would be expected - everything else is appreciated but voluntary.
We believe that there are people who would see that as a benefit more then a duty.
