You will have your own room in a WG (shared flat) of 4 people. The room is bright and furnished, it's window is facing the
quiet courtyard. There is a 100€ one time fee for the furniture. It includes: a table, office chair, bed with matress (it's a room in a box bed which I bought a year ago), a wardrobe, a clothing rail (recently bought), a coat hanger and a couch ( which can be folded down to an extra bed in case you have a visitor).
The kitchen, bathroom and toilet are shared. Kitchen comes equipped with Dishwasher, oven, microwave, electric kettle, toaster (all essentials basically) and of course cutlery like glasses, plates etc., you will get your own compartment in kitchen cabinet. The bathroom and toilet are separate so you don't have to worry about both being occupied. There is a washingmachine, a drying rack, two fridges with freezers and a vacuum in the apartment.
Du erhältst ein eigenes Zimmer in einer WG mit 4 Personen. Das Zimmer ist hell und möbliert. Das Fenster blickt in den ruhigen Innenhof. Für die Möbel wird eine einmalige Gebühr von 100 € erhoben. Es beinhaltet: einen Tisch, einen Bürostuhl, ein Bett mit Matratze (es ist ein "Room in a Box" Bett, dass ich vor einem Jahr gekauft habe), einen Kleiderschrank, eine Kleiderstange (kürzlich gekauft), einen Kleiderständer und eine Couch (die zu einem Bett umgeklappt werden kann, falls du Besuch bekommst).
Küche, Bad und WC werden gemeinsam genutzt. Die Küche ist mit Geschirrspüler, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Toaster (im Grunde allem Notwendigem) und natürlich Besteck wie Gläsern, Tellern usw. ausgestattet. Du erhälst dein eigenes Fach im Küchenregal. Das Badezimmer und die Toilette sind getrennt, sodass du dir keine Sorgen machen musst, dass beide belegt sind. In der Wohnung gibt es eine Waschmaschine, einen Wäscheständer, zwei Kühlschränke mit Gefrierfach und einen Staubsauger.
The building is situated next to the central train and bus station (Hauptbahnhof).
The university ( FH Kärnten) is ~10 mins away by bus and ~15mins buy bike. The same applies to the office of Infineon.
A farmacy and and a supermarket are right outside the building.
The city center (Hauptplatz) is ~5 min away by foot, there you can find bars, cafes, drugstores and restaurants.
Das Gebäude liegt neben dem Hauptbahnhof.
Die Universität (FH Kärnten) ist ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Bus und ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad entfernt. Gleiches gilt für das Büro von Infineon.
Eine Apotheke und ein Supermarkt befinden sich direkt vor dem Gebäude.
Das Stadtzentrum (Hauptplatz) ist ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, dort findest du Bars, Cafés, Drogerien und Restaurants.
The flat share is really casual, there are certain rules but nothing outside the normal, like cleaning the kitchen, floors and bath. However, all these rules are agreed by whom is living currently in the flat, so you can also propose new or additional ones.
All residents of the apartment study and work part-time. Since everyone has a different daily routine, you usually meet in the shared rooms, so hanging out together is possible but not absolutely necessary.
Die WG ist sehr locker, es gibt bestimmte Regeln, aber nichts Außergewöhnliches, wie zum Beispiel die Reinigung der Küche, der Böden und des Badezimmers. Alle diese Regeln werden jedoch von denjenigen vereinbart die gerade in der Wohnung wohnen, sodass ihr auch neue oder ergänzende festlegen könnt.
Alle Bewohner der Wohnung studieren und arbeiten nebenbei. Da jeder einen anderen Tagesablauf hat trifft man meistens in den gemeinsam genutzten Räumen aufeinander, gemeinsames abhängen ist somit möglich aber nicht zwingend nötig.
The rent is actuall 318,25€ and includes electricity, gas, WiFi and all other costs. We have a roommate who takes care of all the payments, so you only have to transfer the rent to him at the beginning of the month.

Die Miete ist eigentlich 318,25€ und beinhaltet Strom, Gas, W-Lan und alle anderen Anfallenden Kosten. Wir haben einen Mitbewohner der sich um alle Zahlungen kümmert, somit musst du nur die Miete am Anfang des Monats an ihn überweisen.
Der Einzug ist nach Absprache sofort möglich.
