Ab 01.09.2022 suchen wir nach ein/ eine Nachmieter/ in für ein helles Zimmer in 5.5- Zimmer- WG. Ich bin in diese Wochnung für drei Jahren gewohnt aber jetzt ziehe ich nähe zu meiner Arbeit um.
Die Wohnung liegt in eine grüne und ruhige Umgebung. Man kann die Zughaltestelle in 13 Minuten und ZH HB in 27 Minuten erreichen. Ein schneller Internetzugang sowohl als andere Nebenkosten (ausschliesslich der Reinigung) sind schon ein Teil der Miete.
Für die Reinigung der Wochnung zahlen die Mitbewohnern zurzeit 62.5 CHF monatlich pro person.
Eure Mitbewohnern sind zwei arbeitende Deutsche und ein Schwerzer zwichen 24 und 31. Sie sprechen Deutsch und English. Sie sind freundlich, respektvol und tolerant.
Das Möbel das in dem Zimmer ist, kann verkaufen werden.

We are looking for a new tenant (M or F) to take over my room in a 5.5 rooms WG starting from 01.09.2022. I enjoyed living in this WG for three years but currently moving closer to my job.
The flat is positioned in a green and quiet area. You can reach the train station in 13 min. and Zurich HB in 27 min. Fast internet, heating, electricity, and water are included in the rent.
Your flatmates will be two german and one swiss guy between 24 and 31 years old. They speak German and English and all work. They are friendly, respectful, and tolerant.
Currently, WG tenants are additionally paying the cleaning company 62.5 CHF per person monthly for cleaning shared parts of the flat (bathrooms, kitchen, and floor).
The current furniture in the room can be sold.
If you are interested in renting this room, please write briefly about yourself - as in our WG we also sometimes spend some time together, fit of interests is quite important :)
