Two vacant rooms in a 5-person shared apartment on 110 square meters are available for rent. (Room 4 - 14 sqm / Room 5 - 15 sqm)
The rooms can be partially furnished upon request.
Room 5 has its own balcony.
The apartment features:
- Fitted kitchen, including dishwasher
- large utility/storage room with washing machine
- 2 bathrooms (1x bathtub, 1x shower room) with daylight
- Floor-to-ceiling windows in all rooms
The additional costs are a fixed flat rate and include all other costs (including electricity, gas, water, 1,000 Mbit/s Internet, garbage fees, etc.). A retroactive NK additional payment is excluded.

Du so solltest eine lockere, aufgeschlossene und kooperative Person sein. Einen gesunden Sinn für Sauberkeit und Ordnung solltest du ebenso mitbringen, sodass einem entspannten WG-Leben nichts im Wege steht.
Zu uns: Wir sind 2 Student*innen und eine Auszubildende im Alter von 25 bis 28 Jahren. In unserer Freizeit unternehmen wir gerne etwas zusammen, ob Sport, Filme oder Spieleabend, bei uns wird es nie langweilig. Natürlich verstehen wir, wenn jemand seine Ruhe zum Studieren und arbeiten braucht oder sich einfach mal etwas zurückziehen möchte.
