ich ziehe aus meiner WG aus und suche einen Nachmieter/ eine Nachmieterin für mein schönes Zimmer! Es ist 18,08 m² groß, hat eine hohe Decke, Holzboden und ein großes Westfenster, durch das am Nachmittag und Abend die Sonne hereinscheint.
Die gesamte Wohnung ist 95 m² groß und hat alles, was man so braucht: zwei Bäder (ein großes mit Badewanne und WC, und ein kleines nur mit WC), eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Spülmaschine, eine Waschmaschine und einen Balkon. Außerdem gibt es noch einen Keller für zusätzlichen Stauraum.
Die Miete beträgt 374,66 € all-inclusive – also Heizung/Strom, Internet und GEZ sind enthalten. Das Zimmer wird in der Regel unmöbliert übergeben.

I am moving out of my shared flat and am looking for somebody for my beautiful room! The room is 18.08 m², has a high ceiling, wooden floor and a large west-facing window that lets in the sun in the afternoon and evening.
The entire apartment is 95 m² and has everything you need: two bathrooms (one large with bathrtub and WC, and one small with WC only), a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a washing machine and a balcony. There is also a cellar for additional storage space.
The rent is € 374.66 all-inclusive - i.e. heating/electricity, internet and GEZ are included. The room will be handed over unfurnished.

Unsere Wohnung liegt super praktisch: Direkt nördlich vom Atrium, wo du alles fürs tägliche Leben bekommst. Der Bahnhof ist ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, die Innenstadt ebenfalls. Zur Uni brauchst du 15–20 Minuten zu Fuß. Die nächsten Bushaltestellen (Friedensstraße/Atrium mit den Linien 1,2,3,9 und Karl-August-Allee mit den Linien 4,6) sind in 2–5 Minuten erreichbar. Falls du gern draußen bist, ist der Ilmpark nicht weit – perfekt für einen Spaziergang oder eine Lernpause im Grünen.

Our apartment is in a super convenient location: just north of the Atrium, where you can get everything you need for everyday life. The train station is about a 10-minute walk away, as is the city center. The university is a 15-20 minute walk away. The nearest bus stops (Friedensstraße/Atrium with lines 1,2,3,9 and Karl-August-Allee with lines 4,6) are 2-5 minutes away. If you like being outdoors, the Ilmpark is not far away - perfect for a walk or a study break in the countryside.

Wir sind eine entspannte, freundliche WG, in der jeder sein Ding macht, aber wir trotzdem gerne mal in der Küche zusammen Tee trinken oder einen spontanen Spieleabend organisieren. Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner sind Johann (BA Architektur) und Lena (MA Architektur), beide studieren an der Bauhaus Uni.
