Du bist auf der Suche nach einer gemütlichen Wohnung und möchtest in der Nähe der Wetzlarer Innenstadt wohnen? Dann biete ich Ihnen ein Einzelzimmer in einer 2-Personen-Wohngemeinschaft. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, hell und in unmittelbarer Nähe von Bahn- und Bushaltestellen. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet mit einer Küche, Waschmaschine und anderen Haushaltsgegenständen, die gemeinsam genutzt werden können.
Da meine derzeitige Mitbewohnerin die Wohnung sehr bald verlassen wird, suche ich eine neue Wohnung. Daher suche ich ab dem 1. Juni 2024 einen neuen Mitbewohner. Sie können Möbel und andere Dinge von ihr übernehmen. Denn die Wohnung ist größtenteils von ihr eingerichtet worden. Eventuell müssen wir auch einige gemeinsame Dinge von ihr kaufen, das kann später besprochen werden.

Are you looking for a cozy apartment and would like to live near Wetzlar city center? Then I offer you a single room in a 2-person Working shared apartment. The apartment is spacious, well-lit, and at a very accessible distance from train and bus stops. The apartment is fully equipped with a kitchen, washing machine, and other household things which can be shared in common.
Since my current flatmate would be leaving the apartment very soon. Therefore I am looking for a new flatmate from the 1st of June 2024. You can take over furniture and other things from her. Since the apartment has been set mostly by her. We might also need to buy some common things from her that can be discussed later.
